Hajime Kawakami

Japanese graphic designer born in 1953 who started as an industrial designer before transitioning to graphic design in 1974. He won an Honorable Mention in the Latin Category at the 1990 Morisawa International Typeface Design Competition, and has designed typefaces for P22/IHOF, URW++, FontForum, and Bitstream.
