François Rappo

Swiss graphic designer and typographer based in Saillon, Switzerland. He studied graphic design in the 1970s at the École cantonale des beaux arts (ECBA) in Lausanne, specializing in typography. He founded Optimo and established the type design master’s program at ECAL. He was awarded the Jan Tschichold Prize in 2013.
